I’ve enacted work for Surfachem on behalf of Round Creative, with Surfachem being a core client following their decision to take on Round as their new website and graphic design agency. I was responsible for crafting the copy for their new website and have also been tasked with writing an advertorial to appear in The Times & Raconteur.
I found enacting copy-based work for Surfachem to be challenging and supremely engaging. I would categorise the work as high-research as it required my understanding of specific facets of the chemical industry, Surfachem’s place in their sector and the business-pertinent obstacles and goals of their demographic.
In writing copy for Surfachem’s website I adopted a tone of voice not to dissimilar to Round Creative’s, only slightly more formal. Once established, it was a comfortable tone of voice to write in and encompassing Surfachem’s values in their website copy felt natural quickly.
